the Qik demo Jeff recorded/demoed at #rebcla
I was at #rebcla (Real Estate Bar Camp Los Angeles) couple weeks ago. I pounced on Jeff about demoing once I found out he has Qik on his iphone (it’s not out yet for iPhone! You have to jailbreak it, which unfortunately I’m hardware challenged.). Qik allows you to record video via your mobile device. If you can get Qik on your phones, it’s a pretty nifty thing. You can also do it with ustream although I’ve heard Qik is better.
Anyway, here is Jeff’s demo on Qik. Special thanks to @andykaufman since he just happened to stand there and Jeff sicked the Qik/iPhone on him. 
The nifty thing about having Qik on your iPhone is that you don’t have to lug another recording device like flip around (even though flip is pretty darn amazing) and you can chat with live audiences who may or may not be in your network. (Although I think ustream does this as well)
Ah and a few of you have been asking me how I got my avatar. Thanks to @morganb who was there to capture a few of these fun moments (that you will see in the Qik demo). You can also see @morganb’s flickr set of #rebcla here.
